About the BRABUS Monoblock Z Wheels
This project focused on a set of 24-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z Platinum Edition wheels. The set was supplied for a long-term client and his red BRABUS WIDESTAR G63 AMG W463A.
The wheels were ordered as a summer setup. Because of that, they were prepared in advance and kept ready for the proper season.
The Monoblock Z Platinum Edition is a forged BRABUS wheel. Its “Z” name refers to the ten-spoke design. The wheel has a strong visual presence, but it also keeps the technical character expected from a forged premium wheel.
Design and Quality
BRABUS wheels are made with high precision and OEM-level quality standards. This matters on a G-Class because the vehicle has a very strong shape. A weak wheel design can easily look out of place.
Each wheel carries BRABUS branding and milled forged markings. These details give the set a clean technical look and match the character of a serious WIDESTAR build.
Wheel and Tire Specifications
The 24-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z setup uses a staggered wheel and tire configuration:
Front: 10.0J x 24H2 with 295/30 ZR 24 tires
Rear: 12.0J x 24H2 with 335/25 ZR 24 tires
The wheels are compatible with the original Mercedes-Benz tire pressure monitoring system. Vehicles with active TPMS require the correct tire pressure sensors. For this application, BRABUS part number RDK-2016 may be required.

Custom Gloss Black Finish
Before delivery, the wheel set was disassembled and refinished in gloss black. After painting, the wheels were carefully assembled again.
This finish was selected to match the visual concept of the red BRABUS WIDESTAR G63 AMG. It also made the setup look cleaner, darker, and more aggressive.
Even a wheel project needs a careful approach. The finish, hardware, sensors, valves, center caps, and final handling all affect the quality of the complete package.

Complete BRABUS Wheel Package
This BRABUS Monoblock Z set was supplied specifically for a BRABUS WIDESTAR G63 AMG W463A. Because of that, the package included all required supporting components.
The set included tire pressure sensors, black valves, adapter components with hardware, center caps with the BRABUS “B” logo, and matching valve caps.
The wheels were not installed immediately. At that time, the vehicle was still in winter configuration, while this set was prepared for summer use.
As an additional service, the completed wheel set was delivered directly to the client’s home. After delivery, the wheels were carefully placed in the garage.
Final Result
The BRABUS Monoblock Z Platinum Edition wheels completed the look of the WIDESTAR G63 AMG. On a vehicle with such strong proportions, the wheel setup is not just an accessory. It is one of the key elements that defines the final stance.
The gloss black finish worked especially well with the red body color. It added contrast, reduced visual noise, and made the SUV look more focused.
