Shipping, Returns & Special Orders

Terms for shipping, delivery, returns, restocking fees, special-order items, and refund processing.

This policy explains how GT Factory LLC handles shipping arrangements, delivery estimates, shipment inspection, return eligibility, special-order items, restocking fees, refused shipments, and refund processing.

1. General Shipping Terms

Shipping is arranged in accordance with the order confirmation, estimate, invoice, or other written communication from GT Factory LLC. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipment will be arranged only after order confirmation and receipt of the required payment.

Any shipping or delivery dates are estimates only. GT Factory LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs, weather, logistics issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. GT Factory LLC is not responsible for delays, additional charges, returned shipments, or other consequences caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

For products shipped to GT Factory LLC or another agreed receiving location for later installation, any intake, installation, project start, or completion date remains preliminary until all major required parts have been received.

2. Delivery Timeframes and Delays

All shipping, delivery, and lead times are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing by GT Factory LLC. Supplier delays, carrier delays, customs delays, backorders, weather, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GT Factory LLC may affect delivery dates, installation scheduling, and overall project timing.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported to GT Factory LLC within 48 hours of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. All original packaging must be retained for inspection or claim purposes.

Do not install, use, modify, discard, or return any damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item unless and until GT Factory LLC provides written instructions. Failure to follow these requirements may result in denial of the related claim.

4. Shipping Damage, Loss and Claims

GT Factory LLC may assist with shipping damage, loss, shortage, or delivery issue claims where appropriate, but does not guarantee claim acceptance, claim outcome, or recovery from the carrier, supplier, or insurer.

All such claims are subject to the requirements, procedures, and deadlines of the applicable carrier, supplier, or insurer.

5. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from GT Factory LLC. To be eligible for return, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, labels, and documentation included.

GT Factory LLC reserves the right to deny any return if the item shows signs of installation, use, modification, damage, missing components, or packaging that is incomplete or not in resalable condition.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Special-order, made-to-order, custom-order, custom-finished, limited-allocation, quota-controlled, electrical, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for return unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by GT Factory LLC.

Any item that has been installed, used, modified, damaged, opened in a way that affects resale, or returned without all original packaging, components, labels, or documentation is also not eligible for return.

7. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, depending on the product category, supplier policy, and condition of the item. Certain products may be subject to higher deductions or may not be eligible for return at all if their resale value, market demand, or resale condition is materially affected.

If the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer applies a restocking fee, return charge, or other deduction, GT Factory LLC reserves the right to deduct the same amount, together with any related handling, shipping, or logistics costs, from the customer’s refund.

8. Special Orders

Most products offered by GT Factory LLC are supplied on a special-order basis. Special-order items may require full payment or a non-refundable deposit before the order is placed with the supplier.

Once a special-order item has been confirmed, placed with the supplier, allocated, or prepared for fulfillment, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Lead times for special-order items are estimates only and may change based on supplier production, allocation, shipping, customs, or other factors beyond the reasonable control of GT Factory LLC.

9. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, shipping insurance, and any risk of loss or damage during return transit.

GT Factory LLC is not responsible for returned items until they have been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by GT Factory LLC.

10. Refund Processing

Any refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by GT Factory LLC. If approved, the refund will be issued in the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds apply only to the eligible refundable amount and may be reduced by any applicable restocking fee, shipping charges, payment processing fees, supplier deductions, or other return-related costs.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipment

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons not caused by GT Factory LLC, the customer is responsible for all resulting shipping charges, return shipping charges, storage fees, and other related costs.

Any refund for a refused or unclaimed shipment, if applicable, will be subject to all applicable deductions, including shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking fees, supplier deductions, and other actual costs incurred.
