Private & Confidential Vehicle Services
Discreet vehicle handling for clients who value privacy, security, and controlled exposure.
GT Factory offers private and confidential vehicle services for clients who prefer their vehicle, ownership, location, and project details to remain outside public view.
Not every client wants their car published online, discussed publicly, or used as promotional content. Some projects involve high-value vehicles, rare configurations, private collections, sensitive commissions, or owners who simply prefer discretion.
For these clients, privacy is not an extra feature. It is part of the service standard. This service is designed around controlled handling, limited exposure, and a clear understanding that the vehicle is not content unless the client approves it.
1. Controlled Privacy
GT Factory handles private projects with attention to confidentiality from the first conversation. Vehicle details, ownership information, license plates, locations, project scope, photographs, and identifying features are not published, shared, or used for marketing without prior client approval.
This applies to social media, website portfolio use, behind-the-scenes content, promotional materials, and informal public discussion. If a project is approved for publication, the level of exposure can be agreed in advance. This may include what can be shown, what must be hidden, and whether the client or vehicle identity should remain undisclosed.
2. Discreet Logistics
When required, GT Factory can coordinate privacy-conscious vehicle movement through enclosed transport, private pickup and delivery, controlled scheduling, and limited-access handling.
The objective is to reduce unnecessary exposure during pickup, delivery, storage, inspection, and project execution. For high-value, rare, or sensitive vehicles, logistics are treated as part of the project itself. Timing, access, location, and handling methods are considered in advance to avoid unnecessary visibility and prevent avoidable risk.
3. Private Work Environment
Depending on the project requirements, selected work may be performed at the client’s location, a trusted third-party facility, dealership, private garage, or another controlled workspace suitable for proper execution.
Until GT Factory operates from its own dedicated private facility, this flexible model allows selected projects to be handled with a higher degree of privacy and control.
Private work environments are especially useful for clients who do not want the vehicle displayed in a public shop environment, parked outside, photographed by visitors, or exposed to unnecessary traffic around the project.
4. No Public Exposure Without Approval
GT Factory does not treat client vehicles as marketing material by default. A completed project may be valuable for a portfolio, but the client’s privacy comes first.
No vehicle, owner, location, license plate, or sensitive project detail is published without approval. When publication is allowed, content can be limited to selected angles, cropped details, hidden identifiers, or anonymous project references.
5. Who This Service Is For
Private and confidential vehicle services are intended for collectors, executives, public figures, owners of rare or high-value vehicles, clients with sensitive projects, and anyone who wants high-level automotive work without unnecessary public exposure.
The goal is simple: the vehicle receives the technical attention it requires, while the client keeps control over visibility, access, and information.
6. Project Request
Private and confidential services require a clear understanding of the vehicle, location, project scope, privacy expectations, and any logistical restrictions. To start the process, submit a private project request with the basic project details and the level of discretion required.
