1. General

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products and services offered by GT Factory LLC. They apply to all orders, requests, estimates, invoices, and any other transactions or arrangements related to the sale of products or the provision of services by GT Factory LLC, whether made through the website, by email, by phone, through messaging platforms, or by any other agreed method of communication.

By placing an order, requesting products or services, approving an estimate or invoice, making a payment or deposit, or otherwise entering into a transaction with GT Factory LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale, as well as any other applicable Policies posted on this website.

2. Orders for Products

All orders for products and parts are subject to review by GT Factory LLC. Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, fitment information, and lead times shown on the website or provided by email, messaging platforms, or any other method of communication are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an obligation to supply any product.

Most products offered by GT Factory LLC are supplied on a special-order basis and are not kept in stock for immediate shipment. The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information necessary to process the order and verify product fitment, including vehicle details, trim or configuration, market specification, model year, VIN, mileage, and any prior modifications.

3. Orders for Services

All requests for services and labor are subject to review by GT Factory LLC. Information regarding the types of services offered, pricing, timing, scope of work, and expected results, whether posted on the website or provided by email, messaging platforms, or any other method of communication, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to perform any work without separate confirmation by GT Factory LLC.

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information necessary to evaluate and perform the work, including vehicle details, mileage, prior modifications, repairs, damage, diagnostic messages, installed third-party components, and any other information that may affect the scope, cost, timing, or outcome of the work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any estimate of price, timing, or scope of work is preliminary only and may be revised if hidden defects, prior repair issues, part incompatibility, or other previously unknown conditions are discovered.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders for products and services are subject to review and acceptance by GT Factory LLC. A customer inquiry, website submission, communication by email, phone, or messaging platforms, as well as any discussion of pricing, timing, fitment, scope of work, or other order details, does not by itself constitute acceptance of an order and does not create any obligation on the part of GT Factory LLC to supply any product, perform any work, reserve scheduling, or otherwise fulfill the order.

An order is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed by GT Factory LLC and, if applicable, after an estimate or invoice has been issued and full payment or the required deposit has been received.

Until that time, GT Factory LLC is under no obligation to reserve inventory, confirm a delivery timeline, reserve a work date or time, place an order with a supplier, purchase materials, or otherwise commit to fulfilling the order.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product descriptions, images, availability, fitment information, and estimated lead times are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability, lead times, and final order pricing are not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed by GT Factory LLC and, in some cases, may require additional time for verification, processing, and supplier confirmation.

GT Factory LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, product descriptions, images, fitment, availability, or lead times, and is not obligated to fulfill any order based on incorrect information.

6. Payment

Payment must be made by the methods and on the terms stated in the estimate, invoice, order confirmation, or other written communication from GT Factory LLC. Depending on the nature of the order, GT Factory LLC may require full payment, partial prepayment, or a deposit.

Until the required payment or deposit has been received, GT Factory LLC is under no obligation to reserve inventory, place an order with a supplier, confirm lead times, reserve a work date or time, or otherwise begin performance of the order.

Unpaid or overdue invoices and estimates may be canceled or revised by GT Factory LLC without prior notice.

7. Taxes and Fees

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the estimate, invoice, or other written communication from GT Factory LLC, the customer is responsible for payment of all applicable sales tax, shipping charges, payment processing fees, and other related charges applicable to the order.

GT Factory LLC may list such amounts separately in the estimate, invoice, or order confirmation.

8. Fitment, Compatibility and Shared Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information necessary for fitment verification and order processing, including vehicle details, trim level, market specification, model year, VIN, mileage, and any prior modifications.

GT Factory LLC reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, documents, or other supporting materials necessary to verify fitment or properly perform the requested services.

Product fitment and the ability to properly perform the requested work are determined by the vehicle information provided by the customer, as well as the nature of the specific product category. If the customer does not provide the requested information, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or declines further clarification, the customer is responsible for any resulting consequences, unless otherwise expressly confirmed by GT Factory LLC in writing.

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

GT Factory LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, including a confirmed order, if the product is unavailable, discontinued, cannot be supplied, cannot be verified for fitment, contains an error in pricing, description, availability, or lead time, or if the customer has provided incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

GT Factory LLC also reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, legal or regulatory restrictions, technical inability to properly fulfill the order, or if the requested product, installation method, or scope of work conflicts with safety requirements, applicable standards, or the professional judgment of GT Factory LLC.

10. Customer Cancellations

Customer-initiated cancellations are not available in all cases. Orders for products supplied on a special-order basis, as well as special-order, made-to-order, custom-finished, custom-order, limited-allocation, quota-controlled, and other non-returnable items, may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or full refund once the order has been confirmed, placed with the supplier, or preparation for fulfillment has begun.

In the event of a cancellation, GT Factory LLC reserves the right to retain amounts already used to reserve time, purchase products, materials, or components, pay subcontractors, perform preparatory work, or cover other actual costs incurred.

If a supplier retains any deposit, prepayment, or other amount related to the order, such amount will not be refundable to the customer. This rule applies in particular to limited-allocation, quota-controlled, and other non-returnable items.

11. Limitation of Seller’s Obligations

GT Factory LLC does not guarantee that any product or service offered, supplied, or installed by GT Factory LLC is legal for use on public roads or complies with emissions, noise, lighting, inspection, smog inspection, or other applicable requirements in all states, counties, or other jurisdictions.

Unless otherwise expressly confirmed by GT Factory LLC in writing, the customer is responsible for independently verifying the legality of the purchase, installation, and use of the ordered products and services in the jurisdiction where the vehicle will be operated.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, requesting an estimate or invoice, making a payment or deposit, or otherwise entering into a transaction with GT Factory LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale, as well as any other applicable Policies posted on the GT Factory LLC website.
