Complete NOVITEC Tesla Model X custom build

About the NOVITEC Tesla Model X Project
This Tesla Model X project was built around a complete NOVITEC exterior program. The vehicle received carbon-fiber body components, satin-white vinyl wrap, gloss-black accents, chrome-delete work, custom-made carbon details, sound insulation, and a tailor-made steering reupholstered in Nappa leather.
However, this project was not only about installing visible parts. The real work was in the preparation, disassembly, fitment, finishing, and final precise assembly as we usually do.
On a premium vehicle, every hidden detail matters. Broken clips, missing fasteners, damaged brackets, poor alignment, and rushed reassembly can ruin the value of the whole project. Our goal was to build the car properly, not just quickly.

Later, the client installed a new 22-inch wheel set after the vehicle returned to Tolyatti. Before that happened, the Model X went through a complete exterior and interior transformation at GT Factory.
NOVITEC Carbon Fiber Exterior Package

First, we supplied a complete NOVITEC carbon fiber body kit for the Tesla Model X. The package included the front spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler trim.
All parts came in classic plain weave carbon fiber. As a result, the exterior received a more technical and premium look, especially in contrast with the future satin white finish.
Before installation, parts like these need careful inspection and planning. A high-end carbon program should look integrated with the vehicle, not like an aftermarket add-on installed in a hurry.
Exterior Concept and Chrome Delete
Before the work started, we discussed the full exterior concept with the client. The final design combined satin white film, visible carbon fiber, and gloss black details.
In addition, all chrome elements were removed or refinished. This helped the Model X look cleaner, sharper, and more complete.
This kind of work takes time because every trim piece must be handled correctly. Proper removal protects the clips, brackets, paint, and surrounding panels. That is the difference between a clean custom build and a rushed cosmetic job.

Next, we installed the NOVITEC front spoiler. The chrome elements on the front bumper and side mirrors were also refinished in gloss black, so they matched the new exterior theme.
NOVITEC Side Skirts

The NOVITEC side skirts were then installed on the vehicle. They connected the front and rear sections visually and made the side profile look lower and more complete.

After that, the black plastic door trims and wheel arch elements were painted in the body color. Then, they were wrapped together with the rest of the vehicle for a uniform finish.
These steps are easy to underestimate. Yet they strongly affect the final look. When the lower body, arches, and side sections are finished correctly, the car looks like one complete concept.
Rear Diffuser and Custom Carbon Extensions

The rear diffuser ended at the rear wheel arch sections. Because of that, the visual line from the front spoiler, side skirts, and rear diffuser was interrupted.
To correct this, we made custom carbon fiber extensions for the rear arch areas. These parts continued the diffuser line and made the lower body package look more complete.
This is the kind of detail that separates a basic installation from a finished build. The goal was not only to install parts, but to make the whole exterior design work together.

This close-up shows the front spoiler fitment and the quality of the front bumper wrap. Clean edges were especially important here, because every line is visible on a light-colored vehicle.
Rear Spoiler Trim

The NOVITEC rear spoiler trim was also installed as part of the upper exterior package. It added another visible carbon detail without making the rear of the vehicle look overloaded.
Custom Carbon Tailgate Detail

The chrome trim on the tailgate was removed as well. After that, the part was laminated with real carbon fiber.
Then, the Tesla letters were painted in the body color. This created contrast against the carbon background and gave the rear section a more finished look.
Side Camera Covers

We also made carbon fiber covers for the side cameras. The white Tesla logos were placed under clear coat, which gave the parts a clean and durable finish.
Front Grille Carbon Work

The front grille trim also received special attention. First, the part was laminated with real carbon fiber to match the other exterior details.
Then, the Tesla emblem was dechromed and refinished in gloss black. To keep the theme consistent, the front face of the emblem was painted in the body color.
Carbon Fiber Direction and Detail Work

The door handle covers and other custom carbon parts were made with attention to the weave direction. This detail may look small, but it strongly affects the final result.
NOVITEC carbon parts for the Tesla Model X use a 45-degree weave direction. Therefore, we repeated the same direction on the custom pieces, so all exterior details looked consistent.
For owners who care about details, this is not overthinking. It is part of the standard. When carbon direction, gloss level, logo treatment, and edge quality all match, the build feels intentional.
Interior Sound Insulation

The interior work started with full cabin sound insulation. This was an important upgrade, especially because the Model X is an electric vehicle.
Exterior parts define the first impression. However, the interior defines the daily experience. Every time the driver enters the car, the main touch points matter most.
During interior work, careful disassembly is critical. Panels, clips, wiring, trim pieces, and fasteners must be protected and returned to their correct places. A premium car should not come back with new noises, loose panels, or missing hardware.
Custom Nappa Leather Steering Wheel

The factory Tesla Model X steering wheel and interior used synthetic leather. For this project, the steering wheel received a full custom Nappa leather finish.
Together with RS Line, we trimmed the steering wheel and airbag cover in black and white Nappa leather. As a result, the interior looked more natural and matched the exterior concept better.
The tactile difference between genuine Nappa leather and synthetic material is easy to feel. On a premium build, this detail changes the way the car feels from the driver’s seat.
Built with a Detail-First Approach
Every project we work on, whether it is a Tesla or a one-off hypercar, deserves careful handling, close attention to detail, and OEM-level execution. This standard was shaped through decades of work for some of the most demanding clients in the world. Now, we bring the same approach to our new clients to raise the level of premium vehicle customization.
Final Result
As a result, the NOVITEC Tesla Model X received a sharper and more premium appearance. The satin white finish, gloss black accents, visible carbon details, and custom interior work created a cleaner and more balanced final look.
This project also shows how many small decisions are needed to make a full build look right. Fitment, finish, carbon direction, logo treatment, preserved hardware, and interior touch points all have to work together.
NOVITEC components require professional installation, careful preparation, and precise finishing. For questions about Tesla Model X customization, NOVITEC parts, carbon fiber work, or vehicle-specific project planning, please contact our sales department.
