SPOFEC Rolls-Royce Cullinan — On-Site Installation

This 2021 project involved a Rolls-Royce Cullinan with a full SPOFEC performance upgrade package. Rolls-Royce vehicles had already become a familiar presence in our workshop. Also, Cullinan owners often came to us looking for a more dynamic character without losing the luxury nature of the vehicle.
However, this client wanted more than a power upgrade. The project included a valve-controlled exhaust system, a performance module, and a lowering module for the factory air suspension. As a result, this Cullinan received the full SPOFEC treatment, with only the exterior body program left aside.
Working Process
There are always different opinions about tuning a Rolls-Royce. Some people believe this type of vehicle should remain untouched. For us, the client’s vision matters, as long as the result is executed properly and with respect for the car. This project was completed in collaboration with A1 Service, one of our long-time tuning partners.

We supplied the required components for the project. Meanwhile, A1 Service completed their part of the preparation. Once the parts arrived, the installation date was scheduled. Then we arrived on site at the agreed time.
Exhaust System Installation

First, the exhaust system was installed. With SPOFEC and Novitec components, the fitment and hardware quality were exactly what we expect from a serious high-end tuning product.

The process was clean, efficient, and technically straightforward. This is one of the reasons we value Novitec Group products. Their components offer proper engineering, good functionality, and a result that does not require improvisation.
Performance Module Integration

After that, the vehicle was moved into the next work area. We continued with the performance module installation. The Spirit of Ecstasy was watching the process closely.

At this stage, accuracy, professionalism, and quality of execution matter most. On a vehicle like the Cullinan, there is no room for rushed installation or careless routing.

Next, the wiring was routed through the engine bay. Then the required sensors were connected according to the installation logic of the system.

Finally, the module was programmed and secured in a protected location near the battery area. Placement matters. The installation must remain serviceable and protected from unnecessary exposure.
Air Suspension Lowering Module

The final step was the air suspension lowering module. The goal was to give the Cullinan a more confident stance without making it look forced.

With the ride height adjusted, the Cullinan immediately looked more composed. The stance became stronger. At the same time, the overall character of the vehicle remained clean and restrained.

As a result, the car gained a more complete personality. The exhaust added character, while the performance module improved response. Together with the lowering module, the setup visually tied everything together.
