About the Lamborghini Urus iPE Exhaust Project
This Lamborghini Urus received an iPE Catback exhaust system supplied and installed by GT Factory. The project was completed at the Lamborghini Moscow dealer facility, where the work required clean handling, organized workflow, and careful coordination on site. For this Urus, the goal was not to make the vehicle excessive. The goal was to improve the sound, preserve a refined appearance, and complete the installation with the level of accuracy expected on a modern Lamborghini performance SUV.

iPE Catback System for Lamborghini Urus
This was the first Lamborghini Urus in our portfolio equipped only with the iPE Catback system. Previous Urus projects included sport catalytic converters as part of a more complete exhaust configuration, while this build had a more focused scope. The Catback system allowed the owner to improve the sound character of the vehicle without changing the full exhaust layout. For many Urus owners, this is a balanced upgrade: more emotion, stronger presence, and a cleaner rear-end appearance without pushing the project too far.

Dealer Facility Installation
The vehicle was prepared for installation inside the dealer facility, with attention to working space, surrounding surfaces, hardware organization, and protection of nearby components. On a vehicle like the Lamborghini Urus, the exhaust area includes trim panels, heat shields, fasteners, brackets, and tight clearances that must be handled with care. After the original components were removed, the iPE system was fitted, aligned, and checked before final tightening.
A proper premium exhaust installation is not only a parts replacement. It is a process of positioning the system correctly, preserving clearance, keeping the assembly clean, and making sure the exhaust tips sit naturally within the rear section of the vehicle.

Fitment and Assembly Quality
iPE exhaust systems are well engineered and usually provide clean fitment, but the final result still depends heavily on installation quality. The exhaust has to sit correctly, the tips have to be centered, and every clamp, bracket, and connection must be secured without forcing the system into place. These details determine whether the finished project looks refined or unfinished.
A properly installed exhaust should appear natural on the vehicle, with clean alignment, correct spacing, and no visual tension around the rear diffuser or bumper openings.

Black Chrome Exhaust Tips
For this Lamborghini Urus, the iPE exhaust tips were ordered in black chrome. We used this optional finish on several other iPE projects as well, and it works especially well on modern Lamborghini models. Black chrome gives the rear section a darker and more technical look without making the car appear overly decorative. On a performance SUV like the Urus, that balance matters. The finish adds presence, but it still supports the original character of the vehicle.

Sound and Final Result
After installation, the iPE Catback system gave the Lamborghini Urus a stronger and more emotional exhaust sound. At the same time, the rear of the vehicle remained clean, visually balanced, and properly integrated. The black chrome tips completed the final appearance, while the finished result looked precise, functional, and refined. The upgrade improved the character of the Urus without making the project feel excessive.

Our Approach to Premium Exhaust Work
Every premium vehicle project deserves careful handling and close attention to detail. For GT Factory, OEM-level execution is the standard, whether the work involves a Lamborghini Urus, a Ferrari, a Rolls-Royce, a Mercedes-AMG, or another high-end platform. This approach was shaped through years of work for demanding clients, premium brands, and complex vehicle projects.
Today, GT Factory brings the same standard to clients in the United States, with a focus on clean installation, correct alignment, protected surfaces, organized hardware, and long-term integrity. On an exotic or luxury vehicle, quality is not only visible from the outside. It is also found in the way the car is handled during disassembly, the way parts are fitted during installation, and the way the vehicle feels after the work is complete.
Final Notes
iPE exhaust systems are known for clean fitment, high-quality construction, and a strong sound character. For the Lamborghini Urus, the Catback system is a focused upgrade that improves the driving experience while keeping the project controlled and refined.
