Lamborghini Huracan carbon and iPE exhaust build

This Huracan was upgraded with an iPE titanium exhaust system, Novitec carbon rear components, selected Vorsteiner details, and black chrome exhaust tips. At first, parts from different brands may sound like a mixed package. However, the goal was simple. The car had to look sharper, sound more aggressive, and still feel like one complete build. Therefore, the work focused on fitment, rear balance, carbon finish, and clean final assembly.

Most of the work was concentrated at the rear of the car. First, the rear section was disassembled for proper access. Then, the iPE titanium exhaust system was installed without catalytic converters. After that, the optional black chrome exhaust tips were fitted into the rear bumper. Before final assembly, the original black diffuser was removed. Next, the Novitec carbon rear diffuser was installed in its place. In addition, the extra carbon elements were bonded into position, so the rear section could come together as one finished assembly.
Novitec carbon rear components

The Novitec carbon components gave the rear of the Huracan a cleaner and more aggressive look. However, the installation still had to respect the original Lamborghini shape. The diffuser, exhaust tips, and surrounding carbon pieces needed to sit correctly together. As a result, the rear view became sharper without looking overbuilt. This matters with exposed carbon because uneven gaps, rushed bonding, or poor alignment would be easy to see from close range.
Rear camera cover adaptation

The rear camera cover required additional work. The client’s car had a rear camera design that did not match the Novitec part exactly. It may have been a market difference or a small production update. In any case, the cover did not fit correctly out of the box. Because of that, the carbon part was adjusted by hand, fitted to the car, and refinished with clear coat. After that, it installed cleanly and looked like it had always belonged there.

The finished project gave the Huracan a stronger rear presence and a more focused exterior character. The iPE titanium exhaust changed the sound and added a more aggressive note. Meanwhile, the Novitec carbon diffuser and black chrome tips gave the rear of the car a cleaner finish. Even though several brands were used, the final result did not look like a random mix. Instead, the car looked complete, balanced, and visually consistent.
Our approach to carbon and iPE exhaust builds
A project like this depends on more than parts selection. The exhaust, diffuser, camera cover, and exterior details all need to work together visually. Therefore, the installation has to be planned around alignment, carbon finish, bonding quality, and final fitment. For GT Factory, the goal is not only to install the components. The goal is to make the finished car look intentional from every angle.
Final result
As a result, this Lamborghini Huracan received a carbon and iPE exhaust build with a sharper rear profile, cleaner carbon details, and a more aggressive exhaust note. The project included an iPE titanium exhaust system, Novitec rear carbon components, black chrome tips, selected Vorsteiner details, and a hand-fitted rear camera cover. The finished car kept the original Huracan character, but gained a more complete and performance-focused look.
