Novitec suspension module for Rolls-Royce Cullinan

About the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Suspension Project
This Rolls-Royce Cullinan came to GT Factory for a Novitec suspension control module installation. It was a modest project compared with larger full builds, but it still required careful work.
The vehicle belonged to one of our long-term clients. Before the suspension work started, the roof had already been painted in a contrasting silver color.
Also, the body was protected with paint protection film. Therefore, every step had to be handled with extra care to protect the finish and surrounding trim.

Project Location and Workflow
First, the work started at the body shop facility. After that, the installation was completed together with our colleagues at the Rolls-Royce Moscow dealer center.
This type of project may look simple from the outside. However, access, trim removal, wiring, and final assembly all require a controlled process.
On a Rolls-Royce, even a small upgrade must feel clean and factory-like after completion. The vehicle should not leave with loose panels, damaged clips, or unnecessary signs of disassembly.

Interior Access and Installation Details
This Cullinan did not have an isolated luggage compartment configuration. Because of that, trim removal and reassembly in the rear section were more involved.
Next, the required panels had to be removed carefully to access the installation area. This step matters because luxury vehicle trim is expensive and easy to damage if rushed.
In addition, all fasteners, clips, and trim pieces had to return to their correct positions. Clean reassembly is part of the final result, not a separate detail.

Novitec Techtronic Suspension Module
The Novitec Techtronic suspension module lowers the Rolls-Royce Cullinan by approximately 40 mm. As a result, the SUV receives a more confident stance.
At the same time, the module keeps the vehicle usable. The system maintains the lowered position up to approximately 120 km/h.
After that speed, control is returned to the factory suspension system. This helps preserve the original logic and safety behavior of the vehicle.

Lower Stance with Factory Functionality
The lower ride height changed the visual balance of the Cullinan. The vehicle looked more planted, but it did not lose its luxury character.
However, the rest of the suspension modes continued to operate normally. This is important for comfort, practicality, and occasional off-road use.
Therefore, the upgrade improved the stance without turning the Cullinan into something it was never meant to be. That balance is important on any Rolls-Royce project.

Clean Integration
A suspension module installation is not only about the final ride height. It is also about how the system is integrated into the vehicle.
Because of that, wiring, module placement, trim removal, and final reassembly all have to be handled carefully. The finished vehicle should feel original, just with a better stance.
This is especially important for owners who expect the car to remain quiet, clean, and comfortable after the work is complete.

Our Approach to Premium Vehicle Work
Every project we work on deserves careful handling and close attention to detail. This is especially true with a Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
For GT Factory, OEM-level execution is the standard. That means protected surfaces, organized hardware, clean wiring, correct fitment, and careful final assembly.
Also, an upgrade should respect the identity of the vehicle. A Cullinan can look lower and stronger, but it should still feel refined.
Today, we bring this same approach to our clients in the United States. Our goal is to raise the level of premium vehicle customization through disciplined and detail-focused work.
Final Result
As a result, this Rolls-Royce Cullinan received a cleaner and more confident stance. The Novitec suspension module lowered the vehicle while preserving factory functionality.
At the same time, the project remained subtle. It was one of the more modest upgrades for this client, but it still changed the way the SUV looked and felt.
