About the G63 Inferno Program
The G63 Inferno program by Top Car Design was created for the latest Mercedes-AMG G63 W465. Also, the program is compatible with the previous W463 platform, which makes it possible to update the look of an existing G-Class.
At the same time, the program does not try to turn the G-Class into something unfamiliar. Instead, it strengthens the original character of the Mercedes-AMG G63 with more carbon fiber, more visual depth, and a sharper modern exterior style.
As a result, the vehicle receives a more aggressive presence while keeping the strong and recognizable identity that makes the G-Class special.
Exposed Carbon Fiber Exterior
The key feature of the G63 Inferno program is the extensive use of exposed carbon fiber. For this version, the exterior components are designed around visible carbon weave.
Because of that, the G63 gains a more technical and more premium visual character. The carbon details do not simply decorate the car. They define the entire exterior concept.
For owners who want a stronger and more individual G-Class, this approach gives the vehicle a clear identity without losing its original proportions.

The carbon headlight surrounds are one of those details that change the front end without making it look overdesigned. They add depth around the headlights and support the darker, more aggressive character of the Inferno program.
Inferno Body Components
The program includes a raised carbon fiber hood with redesigned air ducts. In addition, the front and rear bumper elements feature vertical vents that make the body look more aggressive.
The hood also has an inner carbon-kevlar finish with a military-style weave. This detail adds depth to the program and gives the engine bay area a more technical feel.
Also, Top Car Design redesigned the front fender trim pieces. In the full version of the kit, rear fender elements can be added as well.
Together, these components create a more complete exterior package. The result feels bold, but still controlled and visually balanced.

The hood is one of the main visual elements of the program. Its raised shape, redesigned vents, and carbon finish make the front of the G63 look more powerful while keeping the factory proportions recognizable.

The roof light bar adds another layer to the exterior concept. It gives the vehicle a more technical and expedition-inspired appearance, but still works within the aggressive luxury SUV style of the package.
Carbon Fiber Side Details
The side profile also receives several important carbon fiber details. These components help connect the front, side, and rear sections into one complete visual package.
At the same time, these parts should not look like separate add-ons. Correct fitment and clean alignment are important if the final build is expected to look premium.
Therefore, installation quality matters as much as the design itself. Carbon fiber parts need careful handling, preparation, and controlled assembly.

The carbon side mirror caps continue the exposed carbon theme without overwhelming the side view. Small exterior parts like these help the build feel complete when they match the rest of the carbon program.

The carbon side steps and exhaust tip area add more structure to the lower body. As a result, the G63 looks lower, wider, and more technical without losing the clean G-Class silhouette.
Signature Top Car Design Details
The signature Top Car Design shark emblem appears on the front grille and the spare wheel cover. These details make the vehicle instantly recognizable.
At the same time, the design is not only about logos. The balance between simple surfaces, complex carbon elements, and new body details gives the G63 Inferno program its own character.
Therefore, this program works well for owners who want their G-Class to stand apart from a standard Mercedes-AMG G63 without losing the luxury SUV identity.

The rear bumper carbon fiber elements strengthen the rear view of the G63. The vertical design language continues from the front and gives the back of the vehicle a sharper, more aggressive finish.

The roof wing and additional carbon covers complete the upper rear section. These details help the vehicle look finished from every angle, not only from the front three-quarter view.
Compatibility with W465 and W463
The G63 Inferno program was developed for the Mercedes-AMG G63 W465. However, it is also compatible with the previous W463 generation.
As a result, owners of the earlier G-Class platform can give their vehicle a much newer and more aggressive appearance. This makes the program especially interesting for clients who want a serious visual update.
For GT Factory, the important part is not only the design itself. Correct installation, careful fitment, clean alignment, and proper handling of carbon fiber components all matter.
