Advanced Anatomical Reconstruction
Full reshaping of the rim with changes to thickness, grip profile, and overall geometry. This may include diameter adjustment, defined finger contours, and flat-bottom or flat-top configurations, depending on the design intent and overall character of the project.
Complex Material Integration
Precise integration of carbon fiber sections, piano black finishes, fine wood veneers, and premium upholstery, with clean material transitions and a visually unified result.
Exotic & Luxury Materials
Use of high-grade Nappa leather, Alcantara, textured hides, and selected rare materials for Signature steering wheel projects. Options include complex multi-material layouts, pseudo-perforation, accent piping, and contrast detailing developed in line with the overall interior concept.

Air Bag & Hub Customization
Premium upholstery work for the airbag cover and center section, with close attention to fit, geometry, and overall execution quality. Custom embossing, individual logos, and other design elements can be incorporated where appropriate, while maintaining the proper functional integrity of the assembly.
Refined Detailing & Stitching
Wide selection of thread types, colors, and stitch configurations. Execution may range from restrained OEM-style finishes to more intricate Signature layouts, including hidden seams and non-standard trim combinations.

Technical Integrity
Not a decorative re-trim, but a properly engineered assembly. When needed, we can source a donor base with expanded OEM functionality to support relevant feature upgrades. Steering wheel heating, paddle shifters, and factory electronics can be retained where permitted by platform design and compatibility.
