1. General Warranty Terms

This Limited Warranty Policy applies to products sold and services performed by GT Factory LLC, including in-shop work and approved concierge or on-site services, unless otherwise stated in writing. Any warranty coverage is limited to the specific product or service identified in the applicable invoice, estimate, or written confirmation.

Concierge or on-site service provided by GT Factory LLC is limited to vehicle assessment, project development, consultation, and pre-approved installation work. GT Factory LLC does not provide general mobile repair or open-ended field diagnostic service outside the scope of an approved project, but may perform related diagnostic or corrective work where necessary to complete the agreed work.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, concierge or on-site service is available within a 50-mile radius of GT Factory LLC’s base location. Service outside that radius is subject to separate written approval as part of the consultation.

2. Scope of Coverage

This Limited Warranty Policy covers only defects in workmanship directly related to services performed by GT Factory LLC and only to the extent of the specific work identified in the applicable estimate, invoice, or other written confirmation.

It applies only under normal and intended use and does not extend to any condition, component, or issue outside the scope of the original work performed by GT Factory LLC.

3. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty Policy does not apply to defects or failures resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, overloading, improper maintenance, external impact, accident, storage conditions, corrosion, third-party interference, prior repairs or modifications, or use of the product or vehicle outside its intended purpose.

This warranty also does not apply to customer-supplied parts, hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, software or electronic conflicts, or any consequences of work not performed by GT Factory LLC.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To request warranty review, the customer must promptly notify GT Factory LLC of the claimed issue, provide access to the vehicle, product, or completed work, and provide photographs, videos, documents, or other information reasonably requested for claim evaluation.

The customer must not continue using the product or vehicle if doing so may worsen the issue, affect safety, or interfere with proper warranty evaluation.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

Any warranty claim must be submitted to GT Factory LLC in writing and must include a sufficient description of the claimed issue, together with any supporting materials reasonably requested, including photographs, videos, vehicle information, invoice number, and other relevant information.

GT Factory LLC reserves the right to inspect the vehicle, product, or completed work before making any warranty determination. No repair, replacement, removal, third-party intervention, or other corrective action may be performed without prior written approval from GT Factory LLC, unless required for safety reasons.

6. Labor and Related Costs

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by GT Factory LLC, warranty coverage does not include removal, reinstallation, diagnostics, shipping, transportation, travel, repeat trips, consumables, subcontractor services, or other related costs.

For concierge or on-site service, GT Factory LLC may separately determine whether travel, inspection, repeat visits, or on-site work are appropriate. If the claimed issue is not confirmed as a warranty-covered issue, or if inspection or correction is not feasible on-site, GT Factory LLC reserves the right to decline complimentary travel or apply the appropriate charges.

7. Manufacturer Warranty Pass-Through

If a product is covered by a separate manufacturer, supplier, or distributor warranty, that warranty applies subject to the terms of the applicable party. GT Factory LLC does not replace that party and does not assume warranty obligations beyond those expressly stated in this Limited Warranty Policy.

GT Factory LLC does not guarantee the preservation of any manufacturer, dealer, or OEM warranty following the installation of aftermarket parts, modifications, or related work. Any decision to provide, limit, or deny such warranty coverage is made by the applicable party and is outside the control of GT Factory LLC.

8. No Other Warranties / Final Limitation

Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty Policy, GT Factory LLC makes no other express or implied warranties with respect to any products, services, or work performed.

This Limited Warranty Policy constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty obligation of GT Factory LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.
